LynQ Technologies, Inc. Return Policy

Products purchased from LynQ Technologies, Inc. (“LynQ”) directly by you through the Services are eligible for return subject to the conditions below. 

You may return the Products if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason.  In order to claim a return, you must follow the process outlined below. 

Process for Return Request 

You must obtain from LynQ a return material authorization (“RMA”) within the thirty (30) day period following date of shipment of the Products by LynQ.  The RMA is obtained by contacting contact@lynqme.com. The Products must be received by LynQ within ten (10) days after LynQ’s issuance of the RMA to you.  The RMA number must be included with the Products being returned to LynQ.

The Products must be packed in the original and unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the Products. 

You should not return any Products to LynQ unless you have been provided with an RMA.  

WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS DAMAGED OUTSIDE NORMAL CUSTOMER USE, NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS OF PRODUCTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.  NO RETURNS WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SHIPMENT OF THE PRODUCTS TO YOU BY LYNQ, AS DETERMINED BY SHIPMENT TRACKING INFORMATION ISSUED BY LYNQ TO YOU. 

Processing the Return

Upon receipt of the Products, LynQ will use commercially reasonable efforts to inspect the Products returned in a timely manner.  

If the Products are returned unused, undamaged, in their original condition, in the original packaging, and in accordance with this return policy, then LynQ will offer to exchange it or offer a refund of the purchase price paid, which refund will be made by crediting the account used to make the original purchase.  The time to credit your account may vary, depending on processing time. Please allow a minimum of four (4) weeks for LynQ to credit the account used to make the original purchase.

LynQ retains the right to either refuse such return or charge you a restocking fee if you return Products to LynQ: (i) without the RMA from LynQ, (ii) beyond the ten (10) day period upon the issuance of the RMA by LynQ, or (iii) not in accordance  with the proper packaging (described above). 

Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.  You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Products while in transit to LynQ.
